My main experience is in tertiary teaching hospitals across Perth working with complex situations. I have over 20 years of experience across a variety of healthcare settings and support networks, including: mental health (emergency, acute inpatient, and community settings), alcohol and drug services, NDIS, child protection, family services (mediation and Family supports), domestic violence support, aged care, guardianship & administration, housing, and justice services. I have extensive knowledge on these systems and particularly where multiple systems intersect.
My professional background includes qualifications in social work, nursing, and counselling. I have worked across metropolitan, regional, remote and diverse contexts throughout Western Australia and beyond, including Aboriginal, Torres straight islander and multicultural settings. I bring a whole system perspective shaped by understanding how decisions in one area can affect other areas of support and care.
In my consultancy service I work independently from GPs, clinical psychologists and allied health professionals.
